Hello dear world traveler. I am Guru Woof, your meditation master. And I've heard... That you're on the go! You're going... On vacation! That's really great news. How wonderful. Going on vacation means being somewhere different than home. And then you get to do exactly what you feel like! A sort of pause button on what you usually do. And that's exactly what meditation is too: a pause button. Shall we press it? Then the vacation can really begin!
